Charlie Ross joined the 412 Squash coaching staff in the spring of 2026, bringing a lifetime of athletic discipline and passion to the program. A former standout lacrosse player at Staples High School in Westport, CT, Charlie competed at the collegiate level for Union College, where he capped off his career as an Academic All-American.

Since transitioning to squash, Charlie has become an active fixture in the community. He honed his skills at the Tennis & Racquet Club in Boston before moving to New York, where he now competes on the 412 Squash 5.0 League team. As a US Squash Level 1 Certified Coach, Charlie is dedicated to helping players of all skill levels sharpen their technique and achieve their personal best.

When he’s off the court, you can find him experimenting in the kitchen, catching live music, or walking his dog through Central Park..
