RECREATIONAL SQUASH
FUTURE CHAMPS
Junior Future Champs clinics are intended for students new to the sport of squash who are looking for a social, recreational, fun, and fast paced squash experience. Clinics are designed for beginner players ages 5-14 looking to learn the fundamentals of squash in a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment. Our Junior Future Champs clinics meet one time per week and operate seasonally in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. No experience required. Rackets and protective eyewear are available for borrowing.

HOT SHOTS
(ages 5-6)
Clinic Description
Perfect for young players with little to no experience with the sport. Players will receive hands-on instruction with the focus on developing motor skills, footwork, hand-eye coordination, and squash specific racquet skills. Our trained coaches lead exciting games and activities in a fun, positive and safe environment.
In this course, coaches will use a variety of teaching tools to expose students to a lifelong passion and joy for squash. Students will use junior size racquets and develop their overall motor skills, eye-hand coordination, ball control, and knowledge of squash.

BIG SHOTS
(ages 7-8)
Clinic Description
The Big Shots program is for students who are new to squash or may have limited background in other organized sports. Participants should enjoy physical activity, competition, challenging themselves, and learning new skills. Throughout the course, students will gain fundamental squash skills. A specific emphasis will be placed on developing muscle memory, promoting sportsmanship and introducing competition.

RISING STARS
(ages 9-11)
Clinic Description
Through expert-led guidance, Rising Stars students will learn strategies and enhance their technical squash abilities. Areas of focus include court awareness, balance, and ball control. Players will also learn how to keep score and play competitive matches. The program will foster fitness through engaging competitive drills and games in a supportive environment.

ROCK STARS
(ages 12-14)
Clinic Description
The Rock Stars program caters to recreational students seeking to engage in competitive play. The curriculum encompasses fundamental aspects of squash, including technique, rules, strategy, and the basics of officiating. Each session follows a structured plan led by our coaches to improve ball control, technique, fitness, and tactics. Classes are conducted in a dynamic, enjoyable, and competitive social environment.
