Membership is required to book and take lessons

The 412 Squash Association offers private lessons for one player with one coach, as well as group lessons of up to 4 players with one coach.

Lessons are sold on a seasonal basis and can be purchased individually or in a package.

Lessons requests can be made by emailing info@412squash.org

Non-members can book a single lesson (fees apply). One time lessons must be booked in advance and can be done by emailing info@412squash.org.

Priority time slots for lessons are given to players who are enrolled in clinics.

While the 412 Squash Association does its best to accommodate requests for specific instructors, we cannot guarantee specific requests and/or ensure that the instructor will be the same for every single lesson. Instructors for a given lesson are subject to change at any time and we do not credit for substitute instructors.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

All lessons must be paid for in advance.

For Private or Group Lessons: To respect 412 instructors' time, a 48 hours written notice is required to cancel a private group session to receive a credit. Rescheduling is dependent on 412 Squash instructor and court availability. If not notice is received, 412 Squash will not issue a credit or make up lesson.

In the case of an injury, long-term illness, or medical procedure , a medical form signed by a physician must be email to 412 Squash at info@412squash.org. 412 Squash will issue an account balance for any remaining sessions.

In the event that 412 Squash has to cancel a lesson, a credit will be issued for future use.
COURSE POLICIES

Membership to the 412 Squash Association is not required to participate in clinics. However, members receive a 20% discount and priority early bird enrollment in all clinics.

All registration and waiver forms must be completed prior to participating in a clinic.

Clinics are offered on a seasonal basis. Fall (Sep - Dec), Winter (Jan - March), Spring (April - June), and Summer (Jul - Aug).

Players are expected to attend all clinic sessions. Individual class credits or make-up sessions will not be granted in the case of missed classes.

Late registration for seasonal clinics is permitted. The price of the course will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions plus an additional late registration fee of $50.

An ability assessment by a 412 Squash coach may be required for a player's placement in junior competition squad clinics.
