Site Monitor
Chris Naumann brings over eight years of experience in education and student support to his role as Site Monitor at 412 Squash. He holds a Master’s in School Counseling (M.Ed.) and has spent his career working closely with students, families, and colleagues to create positive, structured environments where young people can thrive. Chris also works at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School, where he supports students in both academic and personal growth.
At 412 Squash, Chris oversees daily court operations, ensuring a safe, reliable, and welcoming environment for players and families. He is committed to fostering a community where students feel supported, engaged, and encouraged to challenge themselves both on and off the court.
Beyond his professional role, Chris is passionate about mentorship, sports, and community building. He is proud to join the 412 Squash team and excited to contribute to its mission of using squash as a vehicle for opportunity, growth, and empowerment.
