Eliza Dunham
412 Squash Coach
Eliza joined 412 Squash in the fall of 2025 as a squash coach. Hailing from New Haven, CT, Eliza's squash journey began early under the guidance of Lynn Leong, now the head coach for men's and women's squash at Yale University. As a junior player, she rose through the national rankings, reaching the Top 10 in the GU13 and Top 15 in the GU15 divisions. Her talent led her to The Taft School, where she played in the top three of the varsity ladder for four years, serving as captain her senior year.
Eliza continued her impressive career at Bates College, earning NESCAC Player of the Week during her freshman season and being named to the Second Team All-NESCAC as a sophomore. She finished her sophomore year with a stellar 15-1 record and also co-captained the team.
Eliza credits her passion for squash to the support of her first coach, and she aims to bring that same sense of joy and curiosity to her players at 412 Squash. Her coaching philosophy centers on building discipline, creativity, and the crucial skill of trusting yourself under pressure—both on and off the court.
