
Elle Ruggiero
412 Squash Coach
Elle joined 412 Squash as a coach in 2025. She brings a dynamic and player-focused coaching style, grounded in her years of experience as a top-ranked player.
As a junior, Elle was ranked No. 1 in the U11, U13, U15, and U17 age divisions and reached No. 2 at U19. She represented Team USA at the World Junior Championships twice, where she helped the team secure a fifth place finish in 2017.
Elle attended Princeton University, where she captained the varsity squash team during the 2021-2022 season. She earned recognition as a two-time All-American, First Team All-Ivy recipient, and two-time Academic All-Ivy honoree. Additionally, she was named a two-time College Squash Association Scholar Athlete. During her senior year, Elle was also awarded the Art Lane '34 Award by the Princeton Varsity Club for her exemplary service to sport and society.
After graduating, Elle spent a year working at a human rights legal clinic in Brasília, Brazil. Her work was funded by Princeton University's Henry Richardson Labouisse ’26 Prize, which she received as a senior.
Off the court, Elle works at an international consulting firm dedicated to driving positive change around the world.
