Garon joined the 412 Squash coaching team in January 2025.
Garon attended Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn, NY. He began playing competitive squash his first year there, and within that same season, became the Men’s U.S. 3.0 National Champion. Garon continued progressing as a player, and within 3 years of playing, rose from a Junior Bronze player to a JCT level player.
Garon went on to play four years on the Bates College Men’s Squash Team before becoming a full time Coach at Corner Squash at the Eastern Athletic Club. It was there Garton started to work as a Mental Strength Coach, but not long after he began doing work as a Technical Coach, a Strength and Fitness Coach, and a Mobility Coach as well.
Throughout his years as a Coach, Garon has worked with players ranging from Junior Bronze Tournament winners to National Champions. He enjoys mentoring and instructing both adults and junior squash players on both the physical and mental resilience required for a successful squash game.
