Helen Teegan
412 Squash Coach
Helen Teegan joined 412 Squash as a coach in October 2022. She brings a technical focus to sessions, so players of all ages and levels can develop their squash game.
While having been a coach now for several years in New York, Helen grew up playing squash in Seattle, Washington. She is a three time U.S. Junior Open champion and U.S National champion. Helen was a member of the Yale University squash team where she was a College Squash Association All-American and a finalist for the 2021 Betty Richey Award.
Coach Helen was part of the coaching staff for The Spence School when they won the 2025 & 2026 National Girls Division II High School Team Championship.
