412 Squash Coach

Kieran is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, where she developed her passion for squash through years of junior competition. She went on to play varsity squash at Middlebury College, earning Team MVP honors during both her junior and senior years and serving as team captain in her senior season.

Her experiences as both a teammate and captain shaped her leadership style and deepened her commitment to mentoring and supporting student-athletes.

In addition to coaching, Kieran volunteers as a mentor with the CitySquash program, where she works with young athletes both on and off the court. She is passionate about helping student-athletes develop not only as competitors but also as confident, resilient individuals. She believes athletics provide a unique opportunity to build leadership, discipline, perseverance, and lifelong skills that extend far beyond the game.

Kieran is also committed to making squash more accessible and fostering an inclusive environment where every player feels supported and empowered to succeed.

Kieran's coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive, challenging, and athlete-centered environment where players can develop strong technical fundamentals, improve their tactical understanding, and enjoy the learning process. She believes every athlete has unique strengths, goals, and potential, and she takes pride in helping each player grow as both a competitor and a leader while cultivating sportsmanship, confidence, and a lifelong love of squash.
