Areas needed to improve:

• Students in the top tier phase of our programming work with our coaching staff to set short term and long term goals, design programs, analyze matchplay, and work on ways to best prepare mentally for optimal playing state in tournaments and in training on a daily basis.

Programs to advance to next level:

• ​Students in the top tier phase of our programming should have full ownership of their game. They should be embracing competition and seeking opportunities to play against higher level players. They should also ensure that they have consistent sleep patterns, are working on their strength and conditioning and are journaling their development so they have a clear idea of areas of their game that they need to improve and how they plan to do so.

 

Time required to advance:

• Year round training playing 5-6x per week with significant time dedicated to solo practice and ghosting.
